He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Horn and Florence Horn Sr. (Howard); his daughter Deanne E. Horn; and his siblings, Ellen Wiley, Dr. Charles Horn Jr., John T. Horn and Richard H. Horn.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Ann Brooks (Dan) of Ave Maria, FL and Suzanne M. Palmieri of Godfrey, IL; his grandchildren, Michael Brooks of Memphis, TN, Christopher Brooks (Melissa) of Cordova, TN, Jennifer Brooks of Naples, FL, Jimmy Palmieri of Corona, CA and Vinny Palmieri of Overland Park, KS.; his sister Cathy Coffman (Rich) of Alton, IL; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Horn, Mary Horn, Susan Bulla (Jim) and Helen Clement. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
