He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Chester and Patience Emma Hunt (Granger); his wife Ramona Arview; and his siblings, Gloria Sue Kruckeberg and Milton Eugene Hunt.
He is survived by: his children, Carla Urban (Robert Fox) of Godfrey, Carrie Lyerla (Patrick) of Worden and Wayne Hunt, Jr. (Kelly) of Litchfield; his grandchildren, Jordan Bruns (Alexis Bradley), Tyler Urban, Tanner Urban (Taylor Girth), Alex Chesney and Lauren Lyerla; and his brother Charles Hunt II (Patricia) of Bethalto. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
Memorials are suggested to the Wood River VFW Post 2859 and will be accepted at the funeral home.
