He is survived by: his daughters, Gwen Noel of Alton and Jennifer Mackelden of Alton; and his grandchildren, Haley Eaton, Mia Noel, Wren Noel, Mary Rangel, Sarah Rangel and Keelyn Bloch. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 2000 State St, Alton, IL 62002-3371.
