He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Buhs; and his wife Cathleen Carnahan. He is survived by: his mother Merna Buhs of Woodburn; his sons, Matt Buhs (Nancy) of Moro and Adam Buhs (Wylie) of Bethalto; his grandchildren, Jacob Buhs, Caleb Buhs (Brianna), Will Buhs, Dalton Buhs, Josie Buhs and Harper Buhs; and his brother Dennis Buhs (Steph). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
