It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terral Quantez Barnes (Alton, Illinois), who passed away on February 13, 2024, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Rakeshia; his grandmother Brenda Holliday; his great-grandparents, Leanna Barnes, Clarence Buford, Floyd Barnes and Willie Samuels; and his stepfather Andrew Lyons.
He is survived by: his parents, Claraneshia Robertson and Marcus Holliday (Miesha); his children, Jaya Steward, Nyanna and Dantae; his grandparents, Andrew Barnes (Sunell), Clara Buford and Edgar Thompson; his great-grandparent Mattie Buford; his siblings, Timothy Samuels Jr. (Jeni F.), Thaneshia Samuels, Latesha Ford, Javier Ammonette, Ja'Keem Ammonette, Jaquon Ammonette, Jamira Ammonette, Tamia Samuels, Jazmyne, Jessica Rhodes, Ja'Kesa Jones, Martel Jones, Semaj Samuels, Timothy Samuels III, Kaydn Samuels, Adrianna Miley, Jamarcus Miley and Janisha Miley; and his aunts and uncles, Ray Barnes (Zaria), Jamarcis Elliott-Barnes, Jeremiah Barnes (Tyeshia), Bobby Samuels, Michael Holliday, Corey Holliday, Seneca Holliday, Tiffany Buford (Johntaé L.), Andrea Lovett (Brian), Andreanna Barnes (Martel P.), Barbara Samuels, Gloria Johnson, Nakisha Love, Terral and Rosemary Buford (Terral). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, great aunts and great uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
