She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel E. Bell; and her stepfather Ted Catt. She is survived by: her parents, Loca Catt (Sunderland) of Alton and Franklin Hamilton of East Alton; her stepmother Melissa Millsap of East Alton; her sons, Dominick Rodriguez of South Roxana, Keven Rodriguez of South Roxana and Bryan Rodriguez of South Roxana; her grandson Oscar Pruitt; her brother Scott Payne (Sheli) of Godfrey; her stepbrothers, Cory Millsap of Godfrey and Geoffrey Millsap (Kaitlyn) of Brighton; her sister LeAnn Aroca Hamilton (Oscar) of South Roxana; and her half-sister Ann Sunderland of South Roxana.
Memorials are suggested to the family in care of expenses.
