He was predeceased by: his parents, John Scroggins and Blanche Scroggins (Raymer); his siblings, Orville "Bucket" Scroggins, Joe Scroggins, Ruby Baum and Erma Scroggins; and his grandson Matthew.
He is survived by: his brother Jim Scroggins; and his children, Melinda Bowden (Gabriel) of Anna, TX, Elisabeth Martin (Jeff) of Alton, IL, Allan Scroggins (Karen) of Weatherford, TX and Roger Scroggins of Alton, IL. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, a great grandson, and many nieces and nephews.
