We bid farewell to Rosemary Niemeyer (Alton, Illinois), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 26, 2025 at the age of 83. Rosemary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Geisen and Violetta Geisen (Wood); her husband Leon Niemeyer; her sons, George (Marsha Niemeyer) and Thomas Niemeyer; and her son-in-law Thomas Sanders.

She is survived by: her daughters, Peggy Ann Niemeyer of Alton, Cheryl Fay Sanders of Alton and Pamela Marie Henry of Bethalto; her grandchildren, Mariah Sanders, Sarah Mayhew, Kelsie Niemeyer, Lindsey Niemeyer, Marisa White, Kaitlyn Sanders, Brittany White, Lisa Henry, Rachel Snyders and Robert Snyders; her siblings, Paul Geisen, Mick Geisen, Catherine Tanner and Marilyn Elick (David); and her friend Stella Smith. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
