With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rose M. Julino of Alton, Illinois, who passed away on December 21, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfons Julino and Mathilde Julino (Meyer); and her sisters, Isolde Emery and Mathilda Raymer. She is survived by: her son Brian J Julino of Alton; and her sister Ruth Richards of New Bern. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
