He was predeceased by: his parents, LeeRoy Talley and Ruby Talley (Gilbert); his siblings, Kenneth E. Talley and Betty; and his brother-in-law Steven Jackson.
He is survived by: his siblings, James L. Talley (Linda) of St. Louis, MO, Everett H. Talley of Wood River, Mary C. Piggott (Michael) of East Alton, Karen J. Kelley (Jeffery) of Alton and Lois J. Metheny (James) of Godfrey.
