He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Ruby (Filardo) and Manford Ruby; and his brother Kevin. He is survived by: his children, Diane Schuette (Mike) of Wood River and Robert 'Patrick Ruby of East Alton; his grandchildren, Ryan Schuette, Megan Schuette, Trisha Ruby and Kristen Ruby; his sister Pam Kodros; and his friends, Keith and Mary Kelley. He is also survived by several cousins, nephews.
