It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Rae Eifert (Alton, Illinois), who passed away on December 26, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Daniel and Agnes Marie Osborne (Sheridan); her spouse Dannie Eifert; her brother Paul Osborne; and her pet Lillie.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Heineman (Patty) of Medora, Danny Heineman (Lisa) of Bethalto, Mike Heineman of Arizona, Jeff Heineman (Karen) of Brighton and Tim Heineman of Cottage Hills; her siblings, Gary Osborne of Godfrey, Marty Lucas of Alton and Linda Nichols of Alton; her daughter-in-law Linda Heineman of Bethalto; and her pets, Willie and Zoey. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren.
