He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Fletcher and Essie Fletcher (Riddle); and his siblings, Jerome Fletcher, Roger Fletcher and Marie Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Clendenen (David) of Piasa, IL, Roger Fletcher of Alton, Drew Cress (Ashley) of Alhambra and Jeffery Cress Jr. (Lynsey) of Alton. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
