Draper (Alton, Illinois), born in East Alton, Illinois, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Draper and Lillian Draper (Emery); his wife Nina Lee McNelly; and his siblings, Clarence Emery, Helen Grant and Alice Emery.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Richter (Eric) of Highland, Tracey Draper of Jerseyville and Randy Draper (Cindy) of Medora; his grandchildren, Logan Draper, Grace Draper, Dylan McNear and Nicholas Draper; and his great grandchild Jayda Draper. He is also survived by nine step grandchildren and four step great grandchildren.
