She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Vance and Florabelle Vance (Stilts); her daughter Claudia Wade; and her sisters, Virginia Sitze and Mercelete Kinder.
She is survived by: her daughter Pam; her son-in-law Raymond Laird of Alton; her grandchildren, Kim (Richard Butler), Keith (Cara Rice), Beth (Michael Heinz) and Casey (Gordon Dixon); and also, Will Butler, Teagan Rice, Grant Heinz, Ava Heinz and Carter Cox.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to East Alton First United Methodist Church.
