It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Randy Moravec of Alton, Illinois, born in Highland, Illinois, who passed away on March 21, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph "Rudy" J. Moravec Sr. and Verla Mae Moravec; and his sister Helen Tatman. He is survived by: his friend Margaret Covington of Alton, IL; his daughter April Wells (Timothy) of Marine, IL; and his siblings, Richard Moravec (Mona) of Troy, IL, Rudolph Moravec Jr. (Diane) of Sturgis, SD, Susan Weldon (Larry) of Troy, IL and Jean Burgess (Jim) of St. Jacob, IL. He is also survived by four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
