He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Phillips of Alton and Elizabeth Hernandez of Romayor, TX; and his siblings, David Phillips, Lindell Phillips Jr., Bob Phillips, Don Phillips and Charlotte Ingold. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
