She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman Perez and Alita Perez (Hunro); her husband Charles H. "Sonny" Romain, Jr.; her children, Jessica Romain and Allen Romain; and her brother Martin Perez.
She is survived by: her children, Victoria Brown (Richard) of Alton, Roxanne Hart (Keith) of Portage, IN, Scott Romain of Alton and Kaylee Romain of Tahlequah, OK; and her sisters, Angie Perez (John) of Danville, IL, Elia Perez of Milwaukee, WI and Elsa Riva (Tim) of Jacksonville, IL. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
