He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peter Kenneth and Sue Sanders (Dopson); his spouse Lynn Marie Boehmer; his grandchildren, Isac Boehmer of Brighton and Lena Hanna of Brighton; his niece Mary; his friends, Lisa Plough of Edwardsville and Jason Runde of Bunker Hill; and his sisters-in-law, Cynthia Tharp of Bunker Hill and Catherine Boehmer of St. Louis, MO. He was also cherished by one brother, four sisters.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gent Funeral Home (2409 State St, Alton, IL 62002).
