He is survived by: his wife Linda Woods; his sons, Melvin S. Surratt III of New Delhi, IL, Mike Surratt of Brookport, IL and Mitch Surratt (Lori) of South Roxana; his stepdaughters, Tammy Hensley (Joe) of Alton, Aimee Walsh of Bethalto and Elizabeth Walsh (Jason) of Alton; and his siblings, Donnie Surratt of Ashland, IL, Carl Stark of Kane and Marie Dziurowitz of Cahokia. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
