He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt and Ruby Jewel Neely Sr. (Berry); and his sister Sandra. He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Neely of East Alton, Trudy Neely of East Alton, Excell Norwood of Magee, MS, Manchion Neely of Carmel, IN, Roosevelt Neely Jr. of Godfrey, IL and James Neely (Melissa) of Godfrey, IL; his aunts, Brenda and Josephine Norwood of Painesville, OH; and his uncle Bennie Berry of D'Lo, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
