It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Virginia Tuetken (Alton, Illinois), who passed away on February 11, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Dwyer and Mary Dwyer (Coy); and her brothers, Fran, Bob, Chuck and Jim Dwyer.
She is survived by: her children, Alison Stansberry (Mike) of Stratford, CT and Jonathan Tuetken (Jessica) of Godfrey; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Madelyn, Luke Stansberry, Alex, Nik and Cora Tuetken. She is also survived by her daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (519 E 4th St, Alton, IL 62002-2602). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Oasis Women's Center in Alton.
