Larry T. Spain Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2023, at the age of 92, Larry T. Spain (Alton, Illinois), born in Cedar Falls, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Spain and Margaret Spain (Larson); his spouse Shirley J. Janssen; his son Michael J. Spain; and his sister Karen Tiernan.
He is survived by: his sons, Jim Spain (Nancy Simpson) of Alton and Tom Spain (Erin) of Godfrey; his grandchildren, Sarah Hansen (Jarrett), Liz Morelli (Dan), Patrick Spain, Claire Spain and Jack Spain; his great grandchild Kane Morelli; and his sister Marianne Kratovil of Edmonton.
Memorials may be made to St. Ambrose Catholic Church or Marquette Catholic High School.
