He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Keller and Minnie Pauline Garrott (Shoemaker); and his brother-in-law Steven Bell. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Gayle Bell; his daughters, Kayla Kuehn (Matthew) of Godfrey, Krysta Kuehn (Joshua) of Godfrey and Kara Garrott (Alec Bill) of Collinsville; his grandchildren, Henry Kuehn, Nora Kuehn and Wesley Kuehn; his brother-in-law Keith Bell (Pamela) of Benld; and his nephew Benjamin Bell (Allison) of Carlinville. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
