He was predeceased by: his parents, Morrison Justice and Mary Francis Justice (Colbert); and his siblings, Ome, James, Howard, Bob, Billy, Maycel, Hazel and Betty.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Justice (Williams); his children, Brian Justice of Godfrey and Jana Moran of Granite City; and his grandson Clay Moran (Mimi) of Tampa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to the Madison County Humane Society and/or The National Kidney Foundation.
