He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Collazo and Esther Soto (Moreno); and his siblings, David Soto, Jesse Soto, Lucy VanHyning and Sophia "Lee" Sheafor.
He is survived by: his children, Ana Tame (Ernie) of O'Fallon, IL. and Edward Collazo Soto (Melissa Prieto) of Somerton, AZ; his grandchildren, Chynna Tame, Alex Tame, Michael Tame and Eduardo "Eddie" Jesse Soto; and his sisters, Florence "Flo" Nelson (Ron) of Roxana, IL, Patricia "Patty" Stuart of Mattoon, IL. and Cathy Beiser of Phoenix, AZ.. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
