He was predeceased by: his parents, John Vincent and Virginia Helen Richey (Wayman); his sons, Anthony Vincent and John Clifford Richey; and his siblings, Carmelita McDowell and David Richey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy Sue Bolin (Terry), Patty Ann Byrd (Dalous) and Diana Harszy (Joe). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
