It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Lee McElroy of Alton, Illinois, who passed away on January 14, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank H. McElroy and Roberta Jane McElroy (Glass). He is survived by: his brother Mark McElroy of Godfrey; his cousin Barbara Bohannon-Johnson of Texas; his nephews, Ben McElroy of Texas and Clayton McElroy (Kristi) of Hawaii; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nick McElroy (Angel), Payton Jane McElroy, Tristan Andrew McElroy and Khloe Nicole McElroy; and his close friend Parker.
