She is survived by: her husband John Phillip Nowlan; her children, Lawrence Nowlan of Yuma, TN and Marla Lindley (Sherrill) of Pittsboro, NC; her grandchildren, Lindsey Butler, Jerrod Lindley and Justin Lindley; and her great grandchild Scott Butler.
