She was predeceased by: her parents, William Skelton and Betty Skelton (Lee); her husband Frank J. Cogan; and her siblings, Merry TrTanj and David Skelton.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Cogan of Alton and Robert J. Cogan (Suzanne) of Alton; her grandchildren, Kate Cogan of Alton, Sam Cogan of Alton and Max Cogan of Alton; and her sisters, Sally Spagnola (Vic) of Godfrey, Cindy Voorhess (Ronnie) of Alton and Peggy Price (Steve) of Alton.
Memorials may be made to Marquette Catholic High School or the Parkinson's Foundation.
