He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Jim Neumann (Teresa Carver) of Byrnes Mill, MO and TJ Nappier (Scott) of Bethalto; his grandson James Neumann (Jessica) of Mascoutah; and his great grandchildren, Waylon Neumann, Bethany Nappier, Lane Nappier, Evan Hull, Hadley Jo Braswell, Baby Hull and Baby Giess.

Memorials may be given to Alzheimer's Association, Bethalto United Methodist Church or Hope Haven.
