We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2024, at the age of 24, Jacob Scott Phillip Werner of Alton, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Daris Werner and John Davis. He is survived by: his parents, Michael S. Werner of Bethalto and Kelly R. Conforti (Davis); his stepfather Marc of Moro; his grandparents, Curtis Werner of Marissa and Phylis Melone (Bob) of Wood River; his brother Samuel J. Conforti of Moro; his aunts and uncles, Chad Davis (Stephanie) of Bethalto, Ty Werner of Fairview Heights and Terry Werner (Nihal) of Arizona; and his cousins, Osman, Payton and Piper.
