He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Stice and Rowena Stice (Frizen); his wife Virginia "Ginger" Stice (Buchanan); and his siblings, Floyd Wayne Stice, Fredie Joe Stice (Sue), Dick Stice (Judy), Ruby Schaberg (Ed), Margaret Schwegel (Pete) and Freida Eyester.
He is survived by: his son Jack Micheal Stice (Dorothy) of East Alton; his sister Mary Jane Mahlich; his brother-in-law Ed Eyester; his grandchildren, Sean Wilkinson (Brittany Mouser), Heather Barnes (Kevin) and Breanna Wilkinson; and his great grandchildren, Chloe, Drake, Heather, Bradyn, Aubrey, Dakota, Bentley, Bella and Zoey. He is also survived by his son and spending time with his family and friends.
