He is survived by: his children, Judith McCart (Richard) of Wood River and Joseph Thad Gotway of Alton; his grandchildren, Natasha Mary McCart and Dalton Kevin-Wayne McCart; and his brothers, James Gotway of Missouri and Jerome Gotway of Indiana.
