He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Bailey and Maxine Bailey Sr. (Perry); and his siblings, Earl Bailey and Arlene Beason. He is survived by: his wife Millie Ziegenfuss; his children, Joy Lee of Alton, Skeeter Bailey (JoAnne) of Chesapeake and Ed Bailey of Hamburg, IL; and his grandchildren, Katy Jeremias (Chris) of Alton, Adam Bailey (Jenna Kot), Erica Kowalis (Josh) of Edwardsville, Meredith Bailey of St. Petersburg, FL and Mason Bailey (Michelle) of Virginia. He is also survived by five great grandsons.
