She was predeceased by: her parents, Cletus W. Hayes and Edna Hayes (Witt); her husband Leland M. Duncan; her siblings, Catherine Cole, Dorothy May, Sara McNab, Agnes Naylor, Rose Luecht and Cletus Hayes; and her siblings-in-law, Leo Cole, Charles Naylor, Stanley Luecht, Mike Wense, Betty Hayes and Barbara Hayes.
She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Wense of Frisco, TX and David Hayes of Alton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Godfrey First United Methodist Church, where she was a member.
