He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Worley and Mildred Worley (Piper); his children, Laura Lee Bristow and Douglas Duward Worley; and his brother Gene Worley (Dorothy).
He is survived by: his son David Worley (Diane) of Godfrey; his grandchildren, Holly Etchinson (Jon), Crystal Shelton (Scott), Douglas Bristow (Chrissy), Stephanie Keenan (Nick) and Stacey Kennemer (Brody); his great grandchildren, Jonas, Jaysa, Lucas, Gavin, Virginia, Delilah, Evelyn, Nora, Abel, Chloe, Reagan and Rylee; and also, Jennifer Schalk (Ryan), Olivia Edwards (Zach) and Phyllis Beuttel (Robert).
Memorials may be made to Evangelical United Church of Christ in Godfrey.
