He is survived by: his children, Sandra Anniece Root of Aztec, NM and James Douglas Madlock (Sharon) of Jerseyville, IL; his grandchildren, Kimberly Ann Madlock, Jamie Lynn Madlock, Michelle Marie Madlock, Douglas Brian Madlock (Tara), Tyler Ryan Root and Sarah Nicole Root; and his sisters, Geraldine Skagg of Moriarty, NM, Mary Jo Lindsey of Deming, NM and Judy Hattabaugh of Pahrump, Nevada.. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
