He was predeceased by: his mother Jean Elzy (McCaghren); and his brother Timothy Elzy. He is survived by: his father Richard Elzy of Alton; his daughter Jasmine Elzy of Henderson, KY; his grandsons, Calvin West of Henderson, KY and Dylan West of Henderson, KY; his siblings, Steven Elzy of Rancho Mirage, CA and Kathi Voumard (Russell) of Godfrey; his nieces, Meghan Voumard and Kaitlyn Marfell (Spencer) of Emma Voumard; and his nephew Seth Elzy (Mallory).
