He was predeceased by: his significant other Linda Crane; his parents, Ray Crane and Ruth Crane; his siblings, Ray "Sonny Man" Crane Jr., Rosie Mae Leone, Birdie Lee Cross, Shirley Callahan and Virginia "Ginny" Taylor; and also Michael.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Koenig (Lee) of St. Louis, MO and Sheary Meyer (Tom) of Nashville, TN.; his grandchildren, Stan, Rylee Koenig, Aiden and Addison Meyer; and his pets, Stella, Willow, Yadi and Nash.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Gent Funeral Home (2409 State St, Alton, IL 62002). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
