He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jones and Sophia Jones (Booth); his grandsons, Damien Jones and Joseph McCord; and his siblings, Junior Jones, Donald Jones, Betty Seaton, Patsy Denham, Erma Kamp and Pearl Inman.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Cason; his children, Elizabeth McCord (Donny) of Godfrey, Jeremiah Jones (Melessia) of Jerseyville and Kent Highsmith (Jennelle) of Bethalto; his grandchildren, Camron Fields, Able McCord, Haylie Jones, Jude Jones, Joslyn Highsmith and Gabe Highsmith; his brother Robert Jones; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Jones, Charlie Denham and Will Inman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
