He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer L. Milford and Mary Milford (Jalee); his wife Gail Milford; and his brothers, Ronnie, Michael and Ralph Milford.
He is survived by: his sons, Eric Milford, Vincent Milford (Heather) and David Milford; and his sister Helen Elliott. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
