He is survived by: his children, Sandra Edwards (Roy) of Alton, John Lewis (Cindy) of Godfrey and Sharon Deppe (David); his granddaughters, Kathy, Natalie and Amy; and his son Douglas Haynes. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; and his pastor and truest friend.
