Charles Ray Perkinson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Ray Perkinson of Alton, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 26, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Perkinson and Sharon Perkinson (Keehner); his brother Chet Perkinson; and his nephew Mike Perkinson. He is survived by: his former wife Karen Perkinson; his children, John Perkinson and Rheanna; his son-in-law Matthew Carson; his daughter Payton; his grandchild Jaxson of Wood River; his stepson Shane King; his stepgrandsons, Brandon of Shipman and Adam King of Shipman; his sister Carla; his brother-in-law James Driver (Jim); his brother Scott; and his sisters-in-law, Rhonda Perkinson and Vicky Perkinson of Jerseyville. He is also survived by four nieces, one nephew, six great nieces, one great nephew, five step grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home (1313 W Delmar Ave, Godfrey, IL 62035). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
