He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles C. Locke Sr. and Sandra Locke (Linenweber); his daughter Casey Wade (Walter II) of Bethalto; his grandchildren, Kyra, Janiah, Krshawn, Jadelynn, Walter III, Zabraylee and Zendaya Wade; his siblings, Marc Locke and Dorrie Locke; and his close friend Ian Cloninger.
