It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Hill (Alton, Illinois), born in Carmi, Illinois, who passed away on November 30, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Billy Hill and Vera Hill (Argo); her daughter Sonya Foster of Wood River; her sister Donna Hill of East Alton; and her close friend Gayle Syddall. She is also survived by many friends and extended family.
