He is survived by: his father Billy Staggs; his sisters, Candida Chappee (Kyle Harris), April Staggs (Shawn Stiles) and Roxanne McDonald; his nieces, Domenique Swank (Justin) and Claire Chappee; his nephew Samuel McDonald; his great-nephew Sawyor Swank; and his friend Julie Evens. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of Flowers, the family is asking for memorial donations to be made to NAMI in Billy's name.
