She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Elliott and Beulah Elliott (Lyon) of Chesterfield, IL.; her brothers, Ray, Harold and Strait Elliott; her granddaughter Stacey M. Scott; and her son-in-law Bob Meding.
She is survived by: her husband Olin C. Scott; her son Bob; her daughter-in-law Susan Scott of Pleasanton, CA; her daughter Patty Meding of Crown Point, IN; her grandson Jeff Meding (Joanna Penn); and her great grandchild Grant Elliott Meding of Alexandria, VA..
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in Barbara's name to the Oasis Women's Center located at 111 Market St., Alton, IL 62002.
