He is survived by: his parents, Candace Herrod (Orlando Herrod) of Godfrey and Shermaine Ray (Kym) of Edwardsville; his siblings, Ayrianna Ray, Amiya Herrod, Shermiya Ray-Taylor (Jeffrey Taylor), Olivia Herrod, Amari Davis, Orlando Herrod Jr. and Kevin Carr; his niece Ke'Anna Sanders; his nephew Joaquia Taylor; his grandparents, Gloria, Terrence Mitchell of Godfrey and Martha Ray of East St; his aunt Brandis Mitchell of Alton; his great-aunts, Yvonne Stevenson, Maxine Hughes and Lashaka Mitchell of Alton; his cousins, Bri'Leah Mitchell, Bre'Ojana Hunt-Mitchell and Ba'Riah Hunt-Mitchell; and his close friend Ty'rell Tubbs.
