She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Phillips and Alta Mae Phillips (Moore). She is survived by: her sons, Mark Voumard (Robyn) of Alton, Scott Voumard (Angela) of Alton and Dean Voumard (Tara) of Alton; and her brother Gary Phillips (Linda) of Rockford, IL.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
